We strive to ensure your shopping experience with us is enjoyable. Please review the following terms before making your purchase. By purchasing our products and services, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to abide by these terms.

DELIVERY

Orders are processed and dispatched within 14 to 21 working days. Some items may require longer processing due to their handcrafted nature. Urgent delivery requests can be accommodated with prior communication. Once your order is dispatched, it is the responsibility of our third-party postal service providers. We cannot be held liable for lost parcels, but we will assist in compensation claims (if any).

International orders may incur customs or import duties, which are the recipient's responsibility. Failure to pay may result in forfeiture of goods.

Price of postage includes handling fees.

BOUNCED PARCELS

Customers will be notified via email of any bounced parcels. Re-delivery costs are borne by the customer unless it's deemed our error. Unclaimed parcels after 30 days will be forfeited.

RETURN POLICY

Incorrect or faulty items should be reported to us at kforkiubs@gmail.com with images and order number for further assistance. Items must be unused and unaltered for exchanges. Color and size variations are inherent in handcrafted items.

PAYMENT

Payments are considered cleared once funds have fully cleared. Prices and shipping rates may change without notice but it won't affect accepted orders.

USE OF SITE

Unauthorized copying or distribution of site content is prohibited without prior written consent. We reserve the right to repost or reuse information communicated to us via email or social media. Changes to this policy are effective upon posting.
